Liberty is a clothes recycling social enterprise and charity that provides people affected by drug and alcohol misuse with the stability, work experience, skills and confidence needed to move into mainstream employment, training and education, all within a supportive work environment.
Liberty Recycling had an out-dated website that was not responsive to mobiles and was difficult to update.
One of the most important features was a map of the recycling clothes banks which a simple solution existed for, but it did require repopulating the whole database again. However, it was worth it because the result was an easy-to-use clothes bank map.
The site was designed to be fresh and uplifting with modern colours. The result was a clean-looking site with few navigation levels to make information easy to find.
It was a pleasure working with Alan. I found him very easy to work with. He also explained everything very simply because some web designs / developers can talk in circles and you leave the meeting confused.
